The photographer, Heinrich Hoffmann died in 1957. This photograph is still copyrighted in the country of origin (Germany) until 2028 (1957 + 70 + 1). 81.41.175.237 15:53, 4 October 2023 (UTC)

Info: @RAN, the CC license applies only to photographs from the German Bundesarchiv and this photograph doesn't come from the Bundesarchiv, but from the Bibliothèque nationale de France's digital collection (Gallica). The CC license may be eligible only if we found evidence that the German Bundesarchiv has a copy of the same photograph that Gallica's one. 81.41.175.237 15:26, 6 October 2023 (UTC)
